great looking replacement ceiling fixture.

I have used this fixture in two nursing home projects swapping out old 2' x 4' fluorescent fixtures in corridors for the Progress fixture. We have more light and a much improved look overall.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

We installed our flush mount ceiling fixture in a basement laundry room with no windows in a new house - it give great light for the area - a little pricey but so far works great - have not had to change the bulb yet so not sure how difficult it will be (or not.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

It arrived broken after weeks waiting for it to arrive.. the Light cover is plastic, and generic looking.. the fluorescent was a round double ring and not long tubes as I expected.. the nut caps for the bolts were missing.. poor packaging thus making it easy for breakage.. I sent the whole thing back.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

This light is everything I was expecting. The directions could have been more detailed, but everything else was great and the value for the price was wonderful as well.
